Artistic Wedding at a Los Angeles Photo Studio
Tashina and Huy are two artists who planned a fun and playful wedding at The Forge Photo Studio in Los Angeles. Tashina, a talented dressmaker, incorporated her Okinawan heritage with a classic silhouette to create a one-of-a-kind bridal look. The studio’s cyc wall served as both the ceremony spot and dance floor, transformed with balloons, colored lights, and confetti poppers. Tashina made a light-reflected mirror installation piece that was illuminated during the ceremony, and Huy took 2 pieces of plexiglass to create a Mondrian-esque backdrop for the guest photo booth.
Innessa Nichols brought in everything from bougainvillea to birds of paradise to create abstract, structural floral arrangements in a rainbow ombre color scheme. DJ Ivy kept the tunes flowing late into the night, Flouring LA created the ultimate abstract 4 tier cake, and Orange Blossom Special Events executed the event production flawlessly.
